SANTA CRUZ - LLANGANUCO
- LAGUNA TREK (7 DAYS / 6 NIGHTS
Day 01: Huaraz - Cashapampa – Llamacoral
After the breakfast in
hotel we begin our trip to the north of Huaraz with a
private bus passing the picturesque towns of Carhuaz to
(2,650 masl), Mancos at (2,530 masl), and from here we
will appreciate to the highest Ice-mountain of Peru called
Huascarán to (6,768 masl), then we arrive to the
county of Yungay to to (2,500 masl) and finally to Caraz
to (2290masl), from here we will take the deviation toward
Cashapampa to (2,900 masl), where we will begin with our
trek. We are going to walk for 4 hours through the valley
of Santa Cruz to arrive to our camp Llamacorral to (3,750
masl). Overnight camping. (L.D)
Day 02: Llamacorral
– Taullipampa
In the morning we begin with our second day of trek, appreciating
the Ice-mountains of Caraz, and we continue the trek toward
the lagoons of Ichikcocha and Jatuncocha that make beautiful
the landscape with their characteristic peculiar of Blue
turquoise, from here we already appreciate the mountains
of Quitaraju at (6,036 masl), then continuing with the
trek strays to the base camp of the most beautiful Ice-mountain
of the world, Alpamayo t0 (5,947 masl), Artesonraju to
(6,025 masl), after these visits we arrive to our camp
taullipampa to (4,200 masl). Overnight camping. (B.L.D)
Day 03: Taullipampa - Punta Union – Huaripampa
Continuing with our trek, we begin to ascend toward Paso
Punta union. After almost 3 hours of access we arrive
to the Pass Punta union to (4,750 masl). From here we
will have beautiful view toward the lagoons jatuncocha
and taullicocha and the Santa Cruz, then we descend toward
the lagoons of Morococha and we continue descending until
the camp of Cachinapampa to (3,650 masl). Overnight camping.

Day 04: Huaripampa
- Pacchapata
We continue with our journey until Vaquería, in
the itinerary we will appreciate cultivation lands and
the daily life of the farmers. After some ascent we arrive
to the following camp called Pacchapata to (4 100 masl).

Day 05: Paccha
pata - Portachuelo - LLanganuco – Cebollapampa
After the breakfast in Pachapata we begin our trek toward
Pass Portachuelo from Llanganuco to (4,767 masl), from
there we will appreciate landscapes of where we will have
an impressive view to the mountains like pisco to (5,752
masl), chacraraju to (6,112 masl), chopicalqui to (6,354
masl), Huascarán with its picks north and south
to (6768masl) and finally to Huandoy (6,395 masl). After
we lower until camp cebollapampa to (3,850 masl). Overnight

Day 06: Cebollapampa - Laguna 69 – Cebollapampa
From the camp of Cebollapampa we will be going to the
Lagoon 69, after a trek of 4 hours, we will be appreciating
this beautiful lagoon that is to the foot of Chararaju
Ice-mountain. We will be returning seem way to the our
camp in the afternoon, overnight camping. (B.L.D)
Day 07: Cebollapampa
–Llanganuco - Huaraz
After the breakfast, we begin our trek toward the lagoon
Chinacocha, appreciating fauna variety and flora protected
by the National park of Huascaran, and then we continue
toward the lagoon Chinancocha, a beautiful lagoon of turquoise
green color, after having concluded the visits of the
lagoons of Llanganuco, from here we will aboard our bus
to Huaraz arriving to hotel at 4 or 5 pm. (B.L)
